The Challenge
It is an indisputable fact that crime and leadership situation in Africa and Nigeria in particular today calls for great concern. A critical appraisal of perpetuators of criminal acts will show that youths form the bulk. Among these youths, one will find unemployed graduates, but a substantial number of this group are undergraduates from different institutions of learning - both Secondary and Tertiary institutions across Nigeria in particular and Africa in general.
